What kind of doctor for this

Just wondering if anyone knows what kind of doctor I would go to for this problem:

My right leg is 1" shorter than my left leg, and I had forgotten about it until today for some reason, but that would definitely be the reason that I am lifting off-balance. Looking to get some prescription in-soles to balance out my stance. Would that be a podiatrist, or a different doctor?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

have you been to a chiropractor to get an adjustment lately?

Last time I went, one leg was 1/2" shorter because my hips were out of alignment. He did some pushing and pulling and fixed the problem.

First a good chiropractor to find out if the cause is the actual leg being shorter or if it's your hips being out of whack. If the leg truly is shorter they can measure it and get you a heel lift. But either way they can help with this problem.

I'll definitely check that out, but I do remember that I found this out from a chiropractor during an x-ray session when I temporarily lost all feeling in one of my feet due to pinching a nerve in some weird way a couple years ago.

a physical therapist can assess you and tell you what the issue is with your leg length discrepancy. Sometimes it can be a structural problem (ie you were born with it) and sometimes it can be a functional problem (ie you have created the problem over time.......this could be do to mobility in the SI Joint, causing one side of the pelvis to be posteriorly rotated and the other side to be anteriorly rotated...leading to a leg length discrepancy). They can advise you on the type of orthodics you may need or they can re-set your SI Joint for you and stabilize your pelvis so that the problem doesn't keep happening.
