Sleepiness is serious. It contributes to a significant number of driving deaths as well as other accidents each year in the U.S. Take fatigue seriously. Don't drive or do tasks that require close attention if you're feeling drowsy.

I already know I'm sleep deprived. Going to bed at 1, waking up to work at 5:30 doesn't help.

The test obviously isn't made for insomniacs. I'm sleep-deprived, because I'd never fall asleep in any of those situations. Heh.

Ditto man. Even on the occasional weeks that i go most of the week on 0-3 hours a night, i still don't fall asleep in those situations.

It told me to check my pulse, I may be dead....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I would go 3 days with no sleep before I ever took medication. Now I get 8-10 hours of sleep every night, now.

I am usually feeling pretty good.

People tell me I sleep too much, but the same people bitch constantly about being tired and want to nap.
