    Going number 2.

    Ever since I started to take vitamins my poop isn't as solid as it used to be. Why? Is this normal? Is this even from the vitamins?

    "C" as in to much equals "Crap!"

    If it is vitamins it's vitamin C, IMHO.

    Well the vitamins give like....250% Vitamin C per pill.

    I don't think that's near enough to explain your problem, but I'm no expert.

    I eat extra rice, cheese and bananas when I hanker for honking scratchy toilet time. That's all I got.... I'm eating here!

    Add Psyllium Husk to your diet three times per day

    Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation

    see that's funny. not because it'd make him go more, but because psyllium husk is a really gross product.. .. yukky rollcoaster because it has to set first then destabilze. gross.


    Apparently medical heads up on it is the more you poop, providing you get enough fluids and aren't extremely underweight, then the healthier you are. If you want to clog up and slow down a bit then do what hoglander said.
