Where are the good powder sources for P.S.??

I am hesitant to buy from bulk as lately they have sent me some questionable products.

Jodi, Trouble told me you used this so do you know?

I did use it but now that I'm hydrocortisone, I no longer use it. I was using a brand called Seriphos. You can't get that brand in bulk though.

What dosages should I follow?

I am trying to re-regulate my cortisol patterns and get back on a regular sleep schedule again.

I want to use it for stress relief as well.
