Broken rib doing one arm rows.

It's pretty sweet. I was doing one arm rows with 95 and it was a bit light so I started to accelerate the ups but my hands got all sweaty and the corner of the weight slammed a rib. Me wife made me go to the doctor. To make a long story short I just have to wait for it to heal, 6 weeks +. I like it. I get a rush when I workout from the pain and I get free legal drugs. Sounds good but I don't like the drugs.. but the moderate pain makes natural drugs kick in!! No internal damage so no big deal. Wives... now that's pain!!!

Thanks, I know it sounds bad I know I know I know I know I know. My wife doesn't even want me to go to the gym. It's like when I use to smoke pot I have to sneak around again. They don't even do anything like wrap up your chest for this. It's all about time and pain management. If it hurts I back off. My doctor is cool my wife... not so much.
