    Broccoli 'stops' prostate cancer

    Eating broccoli and cauliflower regularly reduces the risk of deadly prostate cancer, say US researchers.

    A study of 1,300 men found they were better than any other vegetable at protecting against aggressive tumours.

    That is real good news. Prostate cancer is a scary thing and if eating broccoli and cauliflower can reduce its risk then I would certainly have more of it daily.

    Excellent news for me. I eat more broccoli than the man from TLC's "I Eat 13,000 Calories Per Day" eats pizza.
