Shoulder pain
hi everyone, i have a pain in my right shoulder , it started 2 weeks ago it`s a mild`pain. usually i sleep over my right shoulder. when i lift weights i dont feel pain, obviously i need to warm my joints. iàm worried abou it , because if i go heavy in my work out,,,,,,,,,,i could damage the joint. helpme thanks |
