    Quick Question....

Hey there, I recently stumbled onto this forum and it seems really cool.

I'm 17 and I've been told at various points in life that lifting weights at my age isn't a good idea, something about stunting growth or something?

Anyone ever heard of anything like this and is it true?

I've been into fitness and diet for about a year and a half now (BFFM rocks) but have never really gotten fully into lifting weights.

    Any idea's?

It's a load of crap. Besides, how much do you really plan to grow at age 17? However, masterbating does turn your hands green.
