I did AS about 3 years ago and I developed gyno which at the time it didn't appear terrible. Now that I have gotten older and less active I have gotten a bit loose in the nipple area (alot more on left nipple than right). I decided to take a one month cycle of tamoxifin (20mg a day) to see if things could get better and also started to jog to try to loose some weight. Mind you Im not fat in anyone's standards at 195lb 6feet tall (a bit overweight sure). After the fifth day of the cycle my nipples started acting up and being very tender especially on the right nipple which has always appeared way smaller than the left nipple and also was never tender unlike my left nipple. I wouldn't say they look any puffier but they are really alot more tender than before and I see a little redness on side of the right nipple. Is that the nolvadex working or is it making it worse?
