BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Last time I worked out, I did upper body, followed by an Eliptical HIIT seesion. Then I finished up with some stretches. I had NO pain during my work out nor did I feel ANY pain afterwards. I went to school and studied. Then I came home and studied. I even took 600mg of Ibprofruen for my throat before I went to bed (allergies)...
Then I wake up and the medial, anterior portion of my knee hurts when I first stand and take a couple steps. Basically, it hurts at extension. Can you actually...sleep wrong to elicit pain at the KNEE? I can see other joints and especially muscles, but the knee?! |

yes, you can sleep in a poor posture that can give you pain pretty much at any joint.

My suggestion? Work the kink out by finding Andrew Meyer and kicking him in his ass.

Son of a bitch. I remember my father telling me the human body is really fragile when compared to most animals. (dad went to medical school)
Well, if my knee doesnt feel any better tomorrow, I guess my quad dominant workout is surely out. Then again, I have allergies anyway. ![]() |

Do you sit in one position for a long time?
Do you cross your legs when sitting? Do you raise your knees against the bottom of a desk (unaware) for long periods? These kind of things can lead to problems. Try sleeping on your back at night with a pillow under your knees for a little elevation. When I was getting my shoulder worked on, the physiotherapist had me relax with one of these....and damn it felt good in the legs (even 15 mins worth of relaxing). |

What is your increase in numbers from this time last year? I bet you've added a few pounds to all your major leg numbers. Growing pains homey. Just grin and hit the gym. Btw, claritin will prolly fix that leaky faucet.
