The problem is that stink like fart, one time I was talking to a customer and I felt it dislodge......it was embarrassing..

Ok it dislodges and then a fart smell emits from your mouth and you haven't gotten them hacked out. Shit I would have been on the next operating table available.

That bad smell must be rotting flesh or something...If I had tonsils and they did that they would be gone the next day so questions asked...I don't care how bad it hurt for a month after....thats foul.
