    ripped up ashoole

    alright well. ive been eaating a lot of fiber to lose weight for wrestling so that means alot of shitting. nd thta aso means a lot of wiping. well ater a while it started ripping my asshole and now i strat bleeding there when ever i wipe. how cna i heal it?

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

    Now as actual advice, go buy baby wipes. No, I'm not kidding - the aloe will help soothe the cuts and they won't cause further tearing.

    baby wipes work very well on a diaper rash. i would use those.

    I would add more fats to your diet...I find that when I eat too much fiber and not enough oils I have a harder time going..make sure you drink plenty of water too...fiber can stop you up if you don't drink a LOT of water.
