    muscle growth

To all you guys over 30........at what age, if any, do the muscles stop growing? I am 32 years old and have been lifting for over two years now. I was just curious whether or not my muscles would continue to grow at the rate they have in the past.

    Will they grow? Yes.
As fast as when you were 20? Depending on the individual and your program, maybe, but probably not.

I don't think it's so much an age thing as it is a genetics thing.

Everything slows down as you age (from brain activity to muscle growth to GI peristalsis etc). Nothing you can do about it. That doesn't mean however that you won't see an increase in LBM, it will happen. Just don't expect to be keeping up (progress wise) with a kid who's in his early twenties*

I tried a couple cycles of PH's in the past, but nothing compared to 1-AD. What are some substitutes or clones of the 1-AD product that you guys have had good results with?

Prohormones are now just as illegal as gear. If you're gonna go that route just get the real shit and stick yourself like a man. On the other hand, with only 2 years of training under your belt you have lots more potential without gear.

Get all your ducks in a row (training and diet wise) and the gains will come. Say no to juice.

I'm gaining as much muscle as I did in my 20s but my body stores fat easier than in than my 20s.
