What are some of the best herbs for liver detox? was thinking about buying a formula already made..then wondered if I should compile the herbs individually

milk thistle works...I would proceed with caution. In my opinion there is a point where your body works too hard to break down the stuff you put in it to get any benefit. I think it could even have a negative impact on your liver health.
