Blood Test Results, God no!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

I decided while having my blood test done to add B12 and Testosterone checked.

B12 - 1130 ng/L (range is 197 - 866)
Marked as high, should it be this high if im BBing?

The most depressing!

Testosterone - 12.6 nmol/L (range is 9.9 - 27.8)
How the hell am i supposed to build muscle and be lean if i got test level that low, im 19 years old it should not be low, the test was taken in the morning when testosterone levels are highest aswell!

Im seeing the docter again next week on thursday. he phoned me up saying they were fine...Yeah, for an old women.

How would i go about getting meds off the docter?

You won't get meds off a doctor. Your levels are within range. If you were low he would prescribe something to bring you up into range, so you wouldn't see anything spectacular happen anyway...not like with juicing.

You'll be fine. You're young and healthy. Genetics are a bitch, but bust your ass and eat a ton and you'll be big in no time.

When did you last workout?

Testosterone drops sharply after a workout and can stay down for about 2 days. This is one of the reasons BBs try so hard to build it back up.

If you hit the docs an hour after hitting the gym and still got 12.6 then you're all manner of studly and impressive and stuff.

On the other hand if you hadn't touched a weight for 2 weeks then yeah, your kid sister is more macho then you'll ever be. If in doubt, ask her for "guy tips". She'll understand.
