Probably scar tissue causing blockage in pores, or maybe in-grown hairs due to the location of the scars which can lead to bacterial infection which can lead to pimples?
Count yourself lucky you only get it by scars ![]() |

Just wash it gently and apply some 10% benzyl peroxide and it will probably be fine, assuming it's not the fucking hellspawn ones that don't go away (story of my life)

Quite a lot actually, and I really just need to go do it. I was supposed to be on it, but thanks to some bad fish oil my previous derma refused. The fish oil spiked my liver enzymes way up, and they normalized once I stopped taking that brand, however the doctor refused to believe me when I explained the situation.
Right now I'm sort of doing between 60-70 hour work weeks between my internship, classes, and CCIE study, so I just need to find the time to drive an hour to one my mom recommended to me. |

I have had cystic acne since I was 12. I get volcanoes on my back, shoulders, neck, legs, butt, face, and upper arms. Each one lasted from 1 to 2 months. Its against doctors advice, but I finally got tired of the shit and started removing them myself.
Basically, just stab the fuckers right in the center of the core with a long thumbtack. Leave it alone, then the next day squeeze as hard as possible and 95% of the time they would eject a ton of dried sebum, fluid, and blood. It sometimes hurts as bad as getting my dick pierced, but at least it heals quickly and doesn't leave as bad of a scar. Acutane didn't really help, nor did changing my diet. The best thing for acne for me was switching to head and shoulders shampoo for body wash. |

Re: pimples by scars
Vitamin E helps the skin surface begin to recover after scarring. For me, it removes redness and makes the scar blend in with my complexion, so it isn't visible unless you are really looking for it.
