Just jerk it with your left for a while.

well if you have some soft tissue damadge you need to take a little time off. rotate your wrist in circles, up and down movements. a ace wrap may not be bad idea either. when all else fails take yanicks advice and whack it. that will loosen up your wrist and stretch it out.

you CAN move it right. just maing sure you didnt break it? probably what gear said, do those stretches and jsut take some time off, you'll recover faster resting and letting it heal than boxing everyday though it.

do you wear wrist wraps while boxing? if not you really should they always helped me. i hate wearing gaurds or any crap like that but a ace wrap never has botherd me a bit. i like the support with out the feeling of confinement.

alright, well, not the expert, but dont think thats the best thing to do but it whatever you want to do, might just take longer to fully recover.

taking time off would be a good idea. if you refuse to do so make sure you go a little easy.

Do you have a medical plan or are you under your parents plan......oh this is Danny...do you have Medicaid?

If so just see a doctor while school is out, don't make things worse.
