Does anyone know a weight loss strategy???

Hi, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this is getting to me. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting, I don’t seem to get any slimmer! There are many ways to lose weight, but I have exhausted all the ways I know. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.

Is there some way to make me feel better!!!

well first of all read the stickies. they are filled with alot of great info to aid you in your quest. also if your diet and exercise routine are not spot on you will not get any were. after that if you are still having problems go to the doctor, and have some blood work done to see if there is some thing wrong.

i bet in the world you live in every one is a pony, eats rainbows, and craps butterflys.
there is no damn justice in the world.

Post up your current plan.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

It's all about the diet and your training. What are your stats?

Soreness is weakness exiting the body.
