Losing the Fat

i just recently gave birth via cesarian section. I got this flabby fat on my tummy. I really want to lose it in no time and I am at my wits end on how to do it. I can't even do sit ups because there is still pain. Is there any other way to do it?

To loose weight after birth is not as easy as you think, first you have to get an advice to your doctor if it was safe to do those think that can help you loose your big fat tummy.

Sit ups do very little for weight loss. The basic idea behind weight loss is calories in versus calories burned. It is much, much easier to have a negative calorie balance by eating less calories than it is by trying to burn them off with cardio.

Of course in your case, a lot of it can just be loose skin. That happens when you give birth. Only time (or surgery) will tighten that up.

This works for me.Drink 2 protein shakes rougly has 72 grammes of protein 372 cals.Eat the calories required say 1000 after the shakes(not in one go) then exercise cardio for 20mins 3 days a week and weight training for 40min 3 times a week.when you notice the fat burning off eat more calories.I always pig out now and again say once a week - when i do this i dont have my shakes, and do more cardio hence go to gym more and soon get back to my normal plan.If you keep to this then you should see a difference.
Good Luck!!!!!
