Bad neck
Well, I was messing around playing a bit of football a while ago, it was against a bunch of other guys.
Anyways, one of them thought he'd run straight into my back, punching/elbowing me. (It was one of them, either way it hurts like hell). Now I know many people who have a bad/stiff neck, but I think this is a bit different. It is only painful on the right side of my neck. Now I got hit by him around the middle of my neck/spine, but thinking about it it may have been on the right side. Now I've been to my doctor who seems to just think I should give it time, but thats not working. (It's been over a year now). Not only is this a problem during normal day to day life, it is practically impossible for me to do weights, sit-ups or anything i used to do. What should I do? Thanks |
