Something wrong with my shoulder
ok, i have been having this problem for months now and i figured it would have gone away but it is still bugging me so i decided to get your opinions to see what it may be.
Basically, visualize that you are doing DB Shrugs. When you shrug to the top and then move your shoulders back by squeezing your scapula, my right shoulder tends to "pop" and make a cracking sound (like the sound of cracking your knuckles). It is NOT painful, but there is a level of discomfort. Whenever i do pressing movements (bench, OH Press, etc..) it feels like someone is squeezing/pinching my shoulder. I don't know how this happened and/or why it's happening. I have always been pain-free when i lift but this started to occur after Christmas break. I know i should have checked it out sooner but i figured it was just tightness and i needed to stretch but apparently it hasn't been working. I hope you guys understand what i mean. Do you have any ideas as to what is causing this? I'd appreciate any help. |

sounds like it could be a labrum or something close to that. i had a tear in my right labrum a few years ago made sounds and stuff like that when i lifted. could be that or something else. i think you should go get it checked out.
