Did something to my shoulder.

My friend and I were wrestling last night. I fell on my shoulder awkwardly and than he landed on top of me. I heard a crack in my shoulder. Now when I put my arm in the air than grab my arm with my other hand and pull it hurts. What do you think I did?

Almost impossible to tell over the internet. Use RICE for a couple of days and if it doesn't resolve seek professional help.

I think you shouldn't do that if it hurts
