Sweating too much!
For the past few weeks I have been sweating profusely during my workouts. I have to carry a towel around with me to clean up all the sweat I create, and when I’m done working out my shirt, shorts, underwear, and even my socks are soaked with sweat. I’m the sweatiest person in the gym and its bothering me.
I have tried not drinking as much water when I workout, but I still end up sweating just as much and feel dehydrated. Is this something to be worried about? Any suggestions on what to do to avoid being so sweaty? |

Are you taking any new supps? I know that any supp with caffeine in it makes me sweat much more than without.
And I'm no doctor, but I don't think drinking less water is the proper solution. ![]() |

I drink a half cup of coffe before my workouts, but I have been doing this for the last 6 mos and have only started sweating profusely for the last couple of weeks. I was taking haladrol but stopped a week ago due to it making me feel skitzy and overall not doing anything it claimed it would.

I wasnot taking the original haladrol-50. I was taking the newer haladrol LG. I discussed on the anabolic forum and was told no need for PCT as this was not a steriod, rather an all natural supp. Everyone said it was crap anyway, and I agree.

Well sort of an obvious idea, but has your gym temp raised? Maybe it is more humid making you appear to be sweating more?
Do you feel any different besides the sweating? |
