    Blood Pressure Meds and Bodybuilding

I wasn't sure where to post this, guess I'll start here. While I'm not totally sure yet, I may have to wind up taking blood pressure med, my BP has been consistently pretty high. I am not that fat and do have a family history of it. I also have used stuff like NO-Explode quite a bit over the years, so that probably didn't help. Keep that in mind for all of you that are tearing through that or similar products right now without any thought to health, it may catch up with you.

If you do take something, what do you use and does it effect you negatively in any way? Can you still train normal? Is your supplement intake limited? For the guys, any problems with ED?

I have been on bp meds for over twenty years and I've been taking NO for about two years. I am constantly monitoring by bp and haven't had a significant change. If you have a family history I would blame that and not the NO, since the body produces its own Nitric Oxide, but people with high blood pressure have a harder time producing NO it may be benefical to use this supplement. NO has been proven to lower bp. Hypertension thats not controlled = ED
