Lightbulb essential fatty acids from fish oil is it better then flaxseed

over the past few years ive seen fish oil jump up into places that most supplements cannot omega-3's are getting more known across the body building worlsd and the athletic advisories are recommending athletes supplement with 1000 to 2000 mg per day
On the other hand ....flax seed oil turns rancid fast as they say you never know when its spoiled or fermintated.... im presuming that flax seed is a good product what ive endeared is using whole flax seed VS oils...is much better
anyway is their anyone here using fish oil to HELP benefit efa depletion im curious to know,,.....that's mY DAILY regimen lol thanks

Gotta agree... you get what you pay for with fish oil

Fish oil goes bad too.

Wal-mart has been known to sell warm water fish oil, you want the cold water kind.

I will say the quality of Fish Oil is important. I was using the standard stuff from Stop and Shop for a while until I had blood tests done and found that my liver enzymes were through the roof, literally 5-10x what they should be. I stopped taking that brand Fish Oil and they settled down to where they should be.

Don't cheap out. I'll buy flax from anywhere, but I but Fish Oil from a trusted source. Hope ATW sells good Fish Oil (That's what I use)

danzik17 I have to second that motion on the purity and quality of fish oil products most people use as specially us hard working body sculptors...
Taking high dose fish oil proves to have miraculous results over even health grade fish oil....

:and also fish oil never goes bad unless it is in a hot area for a long time: keep your fish oil in cool dry areas for better quality over hot conditions.
In a nut shell we all know the benefits of high dose fish oil and the over all major benefits of the purest fish oil"

it promises a cleaner source and it is tested for metals and mercuray...being our oceans are polluted....use the best fish oil to ensures quality in your omega'3 up rise...take a clean PGFO SOURCE OR A HARMACEUTICAL gRADE fISH oIL WITCH STAND UP AND FOR pgfo....

better living better health Sealogix fish oil proves to deliver the correct amount of epa and dha standardized by IFOS the international fish oil association....fish oils sports authority...when it comes to fish oil purity they listed SeaLogix PGFO FISH OIL AS THE PUREST FISH OIL ON THE PLANET when it comes down to knowing the fish oil you use is rated and tested you know your using a fish oil with an quality assurance label such as Sealogix pgfo grade here what to look for in a ... quality fish oil product thats a quality fish oil approval by IFOS.......

hope im not extracting our body builders preferences because fish oil happens to be as essential as protein....witch powers our body..... protein and fish oil is a good combo but take fish oil early after breakfast
then weight a while before taking protein..... that's the optimal breakfast used by champions....

be smart use a pgfo omega-3 in your daily diet regimen 1000 too 2000 mg that one table spoonful or two 1000 mg liquid fish oil capsules

chow..............

Brands you can count on for quality and purity:

Life Extension Foundation (what I use)
Nordic Naturals
Carlson's

That's 3 choices, at least 2 of which can be found in most health food store and or online.

Flax is stable if produced correctly and stored correctly. Fish oil is more unsaturated an more likely to be rancid. Dose depends on the EPA/DHA content of the product, vs 2g of oil, so you have to see what % the product is. Again, stick to good brands as I listed. Personally, I use fish and flax in my diet. I was taking this for a while actually, looks like I'll be buying more of it soon. This equates to about 2 bucks a day for me.

Considering the looooooooooooong list of health benefits, it's a bargain. Heart disease, and other ailments fish oil can prevent, will cost you a damn bit more BTW. Prevention always costs less than treatment.

Fish oil here, 10g a day. I get wild salmon oil, whatever's on sale the cheapest. Costco has a very good deal on it so we get it there. I don't use flax oil at all.
