anybody got this before? :O

Situation 1:
1. I flex my arm
2. looks good(just kidding)
3. i stop flexing
4. it feels like it just got a major kind of cramp-soreness. the kind of soreness you get after cramps. and arm day was yestarday, is this normal>

You just have sore muscles which is obviously normal after a workout. You shouldn't have a whole day devoted to arms though, you could be overworking them. The muscles in the arm (bicep/triceps) are very small compared to those elsewhere in the body.

Also make sure you are eating and sleeping enough to avoid soreness and drink a lot of water as well.

Cramping and muscle spasms aren't usually normal after training. Have you ever used foam rolling? Do you stretch after training? Are you drinking enough water and consuming sufficient electrolytes?

Sorry i'm not sure what is foam rolling although i heard of it before. nope i don't stretch lol and yeah i'm eating well
