Hey i'm Liam, i'm 18 iv had 2 failed shoulder operations to tighten my shoulder from poping out.
I have done rotator cuff exerises for a long time, but stoped for 3 monthns to rest joint. I'm starting up again. has anyone ever helped there instabilty with RC exersies?? heres my work out 3 sets of 13 internal and external rotation. 3 sets of 13 bicep curls 2 sets of 10 front deltiod 2 sets of 10 middle deltiiod. anymore i should do?? I am facing another surgery. pls someone help and talk to me Thanks Liam |

are you in pain?
you dislocate your shoulder very easily? what closed kinetic chain exercises are you doing? have you been to physical therapy?

You've had 2 failed shoulder operations ? ouch. Same doc ?
What did the MRI results indicate ? I would seriously get a second and third opinion before going under the knife again. Surgery is still probably going to be your only option but there are different techniques. Every doctor has there own style. There isn't a universal shoulder operation. I sure wouldn't go back to the same doc. I've never heard of 2 failed operations unless you strayed from recovery and reinjured your shoulder. IMO no amount of physical therapy will cure this issue. |
