hey guys ive been doing a bulking routine for like 8weeks now. and have been throwing some arm wrestling work in there twice a week. Trying to train for state competition next year. anyways all going good until like a week ago, my wife said lets armwrestle jokingly. so i said come on and leaned over the kitchen bar. of course she couldnt move my arm, so i told her to use two hands so she got at the end of the bar and pulled with two hands. after about 10s of that the side of my arm started hurting so i told her that was enough. and afterwards it hurt. its like the long head of the triceps almost. the pain goes from under the deltoid down the middle of the outside of my arm to about 3 in above my elbow. two days later it felt better and we had some family coming up and i knew i was going to get to armwrestle her brother. so i told her lets armwrestle again but take it easy, so of course she had to use two hands to even give a challenge. then there it was the pain again. i did my workout today and didnt have any pain(bench press, sh. press and board press) but afterwards i hit the armwrestling table and boom right off the bat there it was

The pain and dead arm only last about 4 hrs then back to normal
I think im going to continue my workouts but lay off armwrestling completely for 7 days. What are some of your opinions on this? what did i injure? how long to lay off?
