one arm bigger
soo i have been lifting now for a month or so and my right arm has gotten bigger and my left arm is lagging a lot soo should i just use my left arm for a bit to get it all caught up like use if for a couple weeks or so?

I wouldnt bother. I've been training 6 years and i have a similar thing. Concentrate on training your whole body. The bigger you get the less you'll care.
It's likely due to genetics rather than over/under use of on of your arms. Don't worry about it.
