testicular pain

My left testicle has been "sore" for two days now. Not a horrible pain but it's very uncomfortable. No noticible swelling, no blood in my urine or sperm. It's not an STD, unless I've caught something somehow without having sex. Should I go to the Doc. ?

Quick easy solution. Get a pair of pliers, clamp them around your right nut, then squeeze. Problem solved.

I didn't do anything I was concious of. If it's not better by tomorrow then I'm going to the doc.

I have had that twice in my life. Its a scary feeling, but it always went away. It happened over a year ago and then again a few months ago. My testicles didn't fall off, so who knows what the hell that shit is.

They pain has subsided quite a bit today.

The left testicle is usually involved in testicular torsions but you don't sound like you are in enough pain for that. It is really easy to elucidate as well, you see if you have a cremasteric reflex ( rub the inner thigh near the testicle and if the testicle rises you don't have a torsion.) Honestly, you are at the age group where testicular cancer is a common enough cancer. It does not usually cause pain, but I have seen one or two cases where it did. If this is a reoccurring problem I would get it checked out though most of the time it is probably chemical epididiymitis, common in body builders. (inflammation caused by the backward flow of urine when exercising and straining or having sex with a full bladder)

I've never done that but I've had a wank with a full bladder. It feels so much better..... until you come.

wow. You've really just freaked me out about the cancer thing. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. What are the odds of cancer @ 26 ?

Tell us what what they find. For myself I've come to learn that a sore piriformis muscle equals a sore nut. Until the connection was made I was quite worried as well.

I used to get pain in one of my nuts when I was about to come. My nuts would travel closer into my body just before ejaculation and then id get discomfort.

Went away. Thank god. Only happened when I laid down too.
