This is a great little cutting dessert that wont destroy you
    3 cups coffee
    3 packets of unflavored jello
sf coffee syrup to taste (i like torani's)

zapp the coffee in the microwave until boiling add the jello and syrup to taste.Put in the fridge, ready in about 6 hours.Try the khaula flavor it is great. This is a great treat that provides protein without messing up your diet. enjoy
