This is basically my breakfast. I change it up depending on the carbs i feel like having.
1C milk
1/2C egg whites
ATW isolate strawberry
1/2 C oatmeal
sometimes i do 1/4C oatmeal and add a banana
touch of creatine to taste![]()
Just tried a shake with oatbran mmmmmm!
Blend:
250ml milk (suppose you could use water but I used milk)
1/2 a cup of oat bran
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
All on high for 1 min
Mmmmmmm
