    protein bars!!!!

    These bars are ideal to eat before or after training. They are very tasty and healthy.

    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup of multi grain flour;
    - 1 cup of oatmeal;
    - 150 ml of prepared protein (10 grams of protein per 100ml and 5 grams of carbohydrate, fructose);
    - Weight 30 grams protein;
    - 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter;

    I divided into 8 bars each with 7.3 grams of protein, 14:25 grams of carbohydrates and 7 grams of good fats.

    Preparation: Mix all dry ingredients, melt peanut butter in the microwave and mix in the mix. Add the liquid protein and mix everything well. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until stiff.
