I pulverize some thick oats, about 1/3 cup per serving. It sure seems to make all the different shakes I make a lot better tasting.

I put about a teaspoon of Cocoa and 1/2 banana and use crushed ice and blend until the mix is about like ice cream. I get the mixture blending and add more ice until the consistency is good and thick and frozen. Then I eat it with a spoon!
