    Lightbulb Need Pie filling recipes

    I am new to all of this. I am doing my prep for my first show. I want pie so bad. Need pie filling ideas. Low fat , no fruit , around 30 carbs or so. Anyone?

    When you say pie - do you mean as a dessert or as a main meal i.e. a meaty pie? Personally i love traditional chicken pies with gravy, peas, potatoes and carrots. Don't think that would work though if you are about to do a show, but definitely give it a try afterwards
