    Cabbage Soup Diet?

No, I'm not stupid enough to sacrifice my health and muscles to do it, but the soup itself is tasty. As long as you are not following the diet!

I use Swansen's Reduced Sodium fat free chicken broth along with the water, instead of that nasty high sodium bullion cubes, and some Mrs. Dash for seasoning.

I figured out the nutrients for it, figuring there are at least 10 serving per batch, and here are the stats:

    Calories-62, 13.4/3/.7 carb/prot/fat ratio plus it has almost 5 g of fiber!

The water in the soup helps to fill you up too, and the spiciness from the Mrs. Dash is good.

I have added some protein to it too, gimme lean soy sausage or extra lean ground beef drained over running water in a collander, for a real low cal mini meal!

The next one I'll try after this batch will be the ole Weight Watcher's veggie soup-It's good too. It's just a little variety to get my veggies and fiber in.

I used to hate cabbage, and then I had a bowl of Cabbage Soup @ a diner here. It really turned my buds on, and I've "liked" cabbaged ever since.
