Chicken Asparagus with Special Sauce
Sauce- (low carb)
1 Tb Flaxseed Oil
1 Tb Olive Oil
1 Tb Dijon Mustard
1 Tb Lime Juice
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Cummin Powder
Squirt of Tubed Basil
Shake in small container
Grill Chicken and asparagus with some steamed brocolli and tip sauce over the top.
Optional- Sprinkle cashews and a dollop of light sour cream on top.
Quick, easy and delicious

probably wouldn't have it with asparagus to be honest, but otherwise looks pretty tasty
