    High Protein Desert (Low Carb/Fat)

    Organic Natural Yoghurt
    Unflavoured WPI
Mix some no calorie Aeroplane Jelly crystals for a flavour of your choice.
I'm no homo but strawberry is my favourite.
I sometimes mix seeds, nuts and fruit with it too.

Awesome tasting meal for after dinner, and yoghurt is great for your immune system.

Surely you could use a flavored whey too. I'd almost have to as I've never purchased unflavored whey.

I do that too but you soon get sick of the same old taste. Jelly is usually fruit flavoured and there are many flavours to choose from. I just do this to mix it up and I find that fruit and nuts/seed don't taste very good in chocolate, vanilla ect.

Yeah, I can see that. I usually buy Muscle Milk as my powder protein and it comes in tons of flavors. I don't even think they make an unflavored one. I have never even seen unflavored whey although I am sure there are places to buy it online.
