Spread slice of bread with thousand island dressing.
Add cheese and corned beef.
Place remaining slice of bread on sandwich.
Spray butter flavored pam spray on the outside of sandwich.
Grill until browned and cheese melted
2 French baguettes or 2 sourdough French baguettes
3 teaspoons soft or melted unsalted butter
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 ounces prosciutto ham
8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
Slice baguettes in half horizontally and then cut each half vertically.
Brush each piece with butter.
Place on grill
Spread with mustard, then place prosciutto next and then top with Brie.
Grill until cheese melted, and enjoy
I love the George Foreman Grill. I usually just cook chicken on there with some salt, pepper, and whatever other spices I feel like using at the time. Thanks for the recipes though. Look forward to trying them.
