
Probably been done before but I didn't research it so in my house it's mine
Muscle Toast
2 Slices of Ezekiel Bread
4 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1/2 scoop vanilla whey
Coat skillet w/ pam, and let it warm.
Soak bread in a shallow dish in the beaten eggs + protein powder
After the bread if all soaked up w/ the egg, throw it on the pan, flip a few times until it's done to your liking![]()
Comes out just like French Toast! I generally have a little egg left over, and just cook it up next to the toast. Served with a chicken/turkey sausage. Topped with Agave syrup since my diet won't allow maple right now
