Salad Bars: Paving the way of Wellness & Healthy Living
In today’s fast-paced world, healthy diet is the key to healthy living. In fact healthy diet is now becoming the new mantra of wellness and decease –free living. As a part of healthy diet, raw foods are the major source of healthy foods that can boost the energy level, maintain blood pressure, and act as anti-oxidant to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals. Healthy foods like raw foods help clear your skin, and give your body more of the valuable nutrients it craves.
Now if you are in two minds about choosing the kind of raw foods that form a part of your diet, I must suggest that salads are the best source of raw foods. Since moving to Paris, I’ve added more salads into my diet and I love it. Especially in the summertime, it’s a great way to feel light and energized.
Salad bars are extremely popular in Paris. In fact Salad bars have completely changed the market dynamics of food industry in this part of world. With the increasing number of food-lovers thronging in the salad bar outlets, it is already giving stiff competition to the fast-food chain industry.
I love the idea of eating healthy but with salad bars, at least here in America is the mere issues of sanitation. This is why many salad bars and such had soooo many problems. I love the idea of eating healthy, and do! I just think, of the issues of bacteria and such of those that are so freaking messy and piggish!
Well said in point eating and free of radicles, and such with those of my friends that are and live in France, all thin, and they are very observant of what and how they eat.
Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but Cabbage with a College Education.
