Well, unfortunately my day does NOT start in the morning (at least for now it doesn't) So I go for Lunch! As for breakfast when I do eat and NOT train that morning.. I have your standard HOT breakfast! Eggs...... baked potato and dry wheat toast.

Sometimes I'll throw in Wheat French Toast. I don't like pancakes!

mm pancakes = yummy...pecans in pancakes = even more yummy!

I actually had good food at a Waffle House once...and it was this past summer in Gulfport, Mississippi...pecan pancakes...

So, when I saw a bottle of pure maple/pecan syrup, I scooped it up without thinking!! actually has whole pecans in it...left it back home with the parents though, save it for "special occasions"...can't be eating that crap all the time!
