Cranberries and blueberries are very high in antioxidants which help fight against free radical damage.
Blueberries have fiber. For added fiber, please try 1 tsp of sugar free psyllium seed husk (metamucil).
Also.. If you think this is kinda high in cals, its because of the MuscleMilk. MuscleMilk is high in MCT's. Thus, the higher cals. This actually supports a higher metabolic rate.
If this shake does not fit into your daily caloric needs, please feel free to subsitute the MM protein w/ your fave Vanilla proten powder.
