This is a cut meal. Only thing you have to do is follow ratios.

This one is high in Protein (added two scoops of protein) cut it down to 35g instead of 55g

So a CUT Ratio will look like this:

    Protein 35g (1 scoop)
    Flax Oil 12g
    Berries 5g (1/2 cup)

    Ice is free !

UDO's FLAX oil I get 32oz. size usually lasts me about 5-6 weeks. A reason why is becasue I substitute with mayonaisse and heavy cream. I think though that I will strictly use FLAX from now on. I ran out, so I have to reorder next week.
