    Tzatziki salad

This is how to make Greek tzatziki salad

    ingredients:

2 cups of thick full fat yogurt
2 mini cucumbers or the equivalent amount of regural cucumber
    3 cloves of garlic
    2 soup spoons olive oil
    some dill
    salt/white pepper

    how to:

Peel the cucumbers and grate them. Put grated cucumbers on absorbent household paper/napkins to get rid of excess juices. You can chop the cucumbers to small bits for a crunchier taste but keep the extra juices if you do that. Peel and squash the garlic cloves very well so they can dissolve in the final mixture. Chop the dill finely with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a ball and mix thoroughly. You can add a soup spoon of vinegar if you like.

There you have it! Takes 10min to make and it's very healthy if you don't mind the fat. It's eaten on a slice of bread.

Sounds scrumptious minus the yogurt. I'd substitute it for Chicken or Steak!

Yes, it is very scrumptious and you can accompany steak and other grilled meat with it, but substituting yogurt with steak? That would be the equivalent of making mayo with stake... Then again I did read something about tuna-shake somewhere

Oh, the power of a blender.... you couldn't imagine some of the things that could be blended up finely!

As for being edible? Well, that's a different story!
