Has anyone tried these? They sound real yummy!!!
they sound beery good- but I would substitute the sugar/fructose for a sweetner.

They look a little questionable. For one, they lack any leavening at all.
Besides, I've always found applesauce as a fat substitute in brownies to be unsuccessful. Even prune puree isn't all that.
Were I making these, I'd substitute Quark cheese for the applesauce, or ff yogourt or pureed cottage cheese if Quark was unavailable, and beat the egg whites until stiff then fold them into the rest.
And use one-for-one -- three tablespoons -- Splenda. Why more?
