    Alright then, I'll post my first recipe

    1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein
    1.5 cup cold cold water you can add ice
    1/3 cup oats ( already cooked)
    2 TBSP flax seed oil or like me I like olive oil
    small dash of cinnamon

    put all ingredients into blender and mix ( serve it cold)

    I'ts the Hearty Healthy Breakfast!!!!

    I heard that In-out burger have a protein burger...
    burger wrapped around lettuce instead of the bun!

    my kids even like this one

    bring wholemeal pasta to the boil (usually 1.5 c dry )
    drain and let cool at room temp

    2 x 95gm cans tuna drained
    chop a couple of shallots
    grind a bit of black pepper
    add lowfat soya mayonaise (norganics )

    throw it all intogether ,mix lightly ,then serve just warm !!!!
