    Brown Rice

This is going to sound silly, but does anyone know what brand of brown rice has the lowest carbs?

I was checking our brands at the supermarket, and carbs range anywhere from 1/2 cup instant cooked at 25 carbs to 1/4 raw at 35 carbs.

My plan calls for 25 carbs max and seems kind of silly to eat 1/5 cup brown rice.
    ... Im gettin' there!

Julie - FIrst off you measure your rice after its cooked. Secondly its 25 G effective carbs. Deduct the fiber from total carbs and thats your effective carbs. Third don't worry about brand. Brown Rice is brown rice and its approx. 1/2 C Cooked.
