

Spinach Curry Dip
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoon low fat sour cream
2 tablespoon frozen spinach from a bag, thawed and squeezed to remove liquid
1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Salt, pepper and/or cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
