Oh yeh, try this shake!!
Ohhh i was just muckin around makin a shake and saw some tinned plums. This shake is so good. Get the plums with no added suger
2 scoops whey 3 plums (remember to take the seeds out) couple of handfuls of ice couple of tablespoons of water It turns out like a slushie. Best for post workout, it gives u a insulin spike (if your into that theory) but more importantly its got protein, its cold and refreshing after your workout, its filling and it tastes good. |
