Oh yeh, try this shake!!

Ohhh i was just muckin around makin a shake and saw some tinned plums. This shake is so good. Get the plums with no added suger

2 scoops whey
3 plums (remember to take the seeds out)
couple of handfuls of ice
couple of tablespoons of water

It turns out like a slushie.

Best for post workout, it gives u a insulin spike (if your into that theory) but more importantly its got protein, its cold and refreshing after your workout, its filling and it tastes good.

It's good. Also try with blackberries or blueberries.
